From June 10 to 13, 2025, the Changchun Northeast Asia International Expo Center transformed into a global arena for optoelectronic technology. Shanxi Litian Century Diamond Tools Co., Ltd. showcased its ultra-precision machining solutions at the 2025 Changchun International Optoelectronic Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Optoelectronic Expo"), competing alongside over 850 enterprises from seven countries, including China, the U.S., and Germany, in this grand 86,000-square-meter technological extravaganza.
Centered on the theme "Optoelectronics Leading a New Quality Future," this year's Optoelectronic Expo marked the first-ever integration of "one exhibition, two conferences"—the Light International Conference and the Chinese Optical Society Academic Congress—held concurrently. The event attracted nearly 1,000 scholars from 26 countries and over 2,000 industry chain enterprises, collectively mapping out an innovation blueprint for the optoelectronic industry.
Ultra-Precision Diamond Tools: Empowering the Intelligent Manufacturing of Core Optoelectronic Components
• Ultra-precision diamond milling cutter series: Designed for machining molds or free-form surfaces of microstructures, ensuring axial and radial precision within 0.001mm, attracting research institutions and manufacturers such as the Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics (CIOMP) and New Industry Photonics for on-site technical adaptation discussions.
• Infrared lens diamond turning tools: Machining various infrared materials like silicon, germanium, and chalcogenide glass, achieving non-spherical surface precision of PV < 0.2µm and Ra < 0.01µm.
• Optical mold core diamond tools: Processing various Fresnel and camera mold cores, with tool waviness controlled within 20nm and product surface roughness reaching below 5nm.
• Laser-assisted diamond turning tools: Utilizing laser-assisted equipment, the laser passes through the diamond to soften the material, enabling direct machining of hard and brittle materials such as monocrystalline silicon, calcium fluoride, and zinc sulfide.
From infrared lenses to camera mold core machining, Shanxi Litian Century has consistently supported industrial transformation with "microscopic precision." As stated in the Changchun Optoelectronic Industry Development White Paper (2025): "A beam of light can redefine industrial DNA," and we will continue to forge the "blade" that cuts light.
