Litian Century Shines at the 27th China International Optoelectronic Exposition, with Ultra-Precision Diamond Tools and Platinized Anodes Attracting Attention
From September 9 to 11, 2026, the 27th China International Optoelectronic Exposition (CIOE 2026) was held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Litian Century presented its full range of ultra-precision diamond tool solutions and platinized anode products, attracting many research institutions, manufacturers, and professional visitors from across the optoelectronic industry chain at home and abroad.

At this exhibition, Litian Century showcased its ultra-precision diamond tools and platinized anodes. The ultra-precision diamond tools on display included ultra-precision diamond turning tools for infrared lenses, ultra-precision diamond turning tools for camera lens molds, ultra-sonic assisted diamond tools, diamond ruling tool for grating fabrication, diamond wafer scribing tools, and micro-diameter diamond milling tools.

The ultra-precision diamond milling tools series is mainly used in high-end precision machining applications such as optical molds, micro-lens arrays, aerospace, automotive, electronics, and medical care. Products include arc milling tools and end milling tools. The cutting edge radius of the arc milling tools can be customized between 0.03 and 3 mm, shank sizes can be selected from φ3 to φ6.35 mm, and waviness accuracy can be selected from 50 to 2000 nm. The cutting edge diameter of the end milling tools can be customized between 0.12 and 10 mm, with shank sizes from φ3 to φ6.35 mm.

Ultra-precision diamond turning tools are mainly used in ultra-precision cutting applications such as infrared lenses, optical molds, precision parts, and microstructures. Among them, the waviness of ultra-precision diamond arc turning tools can be customized between 20 and 1000 nm; the included angle of ultra-precision diamond point turning tools ranges from 15° to 170°, with an error controlled within ±0.05°; the groove width of ultra-precision diamond grooving turning tools can be as small as 0.04 mm, and the included angle can be controlled to as small as 2°. Diamond wafer scribing tool can be customized in different specifications and shapes, with T-shaped or square shanks, and 4P or 8P specifications. Diamond scribing tools are not affected by moisture or heat and can achieve dry, clean scribing for processing various wafers.

In addition, the company showcased platinized anodes. The International Integrated Circuit Innovation Expo, held concurrently with this exhibition, brought together numerous semiconductor-related companies. As an important product of Litian Century in the electrochemical field, platinized anodes offer excellent corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity. They are widely used in precious metal electroplating, PCB electroplating, electrolytic hydrogen production, water treatment, and other related processes, and can be customized according to actual application requirements.
