    Usage Attentions

    1. Preparations:
    • Familiarize Tool Parameters: Before using the tool, read the product manual carefully to understand the tool’s specifications, applicable materials, recommended cutting speeds, and feed rates.
    • Calibrate the Machine Tool: Ensure that the machine tool is in good condition. In particular, the spindle runout, parallelism, and verticality must meet the requirements of precision machining.
    • Install the Tool: Correctly install the tool onto the machine tool chuck with an appropriate tightening force. Avoid over-tightening, which may cause deformation, or under-tightening, which may lead to chatter.

    2. Cooling and Lubrication:
    • Use a suitable coolant or lubricant. Oil-based coolants are recommended for diamond tool machining as they can effectively reduce heat and prolong the tool's service life.

    3. Initial Cutting Test:
    • Before starting the machining process, conduct a light cutting test. Observe the running status of the tool and the effect of the trial machining, and adjust the cutting parameters to the optimal values.

    4. Setting of Cutting Parameters:
    • Cutting Speed: Set the cutting speed according to the hardness of the material and the tool's specifications. Generally, diamond tools are suitable for relatively high cutting speeds.
    • Feed Rate: Set it cautiously. An excessive feed rate may cause premature wear of the tool or damage to the cutting edge.
    • Depth: Increase the depth gradually in layers to avoid uneven stress on the tool caused by cutting too deep at once.

    5. Monitor the Machining Process:
    • During machining, pay attention to listening to the sound of the machine tool and observing the shape of the chips. Any abnormalities (such as vibrations or unusual noises) should prompt an immediate shutdown for inspection.
