Litian Century will participate in the China International Surface Treatment Exhibition from November 25th to 27th, 2025. During the event, the company will be at Booth D67 in Hall E1, showcasing its latest R&D achievements and core products in the field of electrochemical anodes. The display will include high-performance anode products such as Titanium Platinized Anodes, Lead Alloy Anodes, Ruthenium-Iridium and Iridium-Tantalum coated anodes.
Litian Century's Titanium Platinized Anodes undergo advanced pre-plating treatment and precise electroplating processes, featuring a unique micro-roughening treatment on the titanium substrate surface. This key technology not only ensures stronger adhesion between the coating and the substrate but also achieves highly uniform current distribution, significantly enhancing the overall conductivity of the anode. Compared to traditional products, these anodes offer higher electrical efficiency and a substantially extended service life, making them particularly suitable for electrolytic environments with demanding requirements for current efficiency and operational stability.
The Platinized Anodes are primarily insoluble anodes with a platinum layer plated onto substrates such as titanium mesh, titanium plate, niobium mesh, or niobium plate. Our company employs advanced pre-plating treatment and platinum electroplating processes to ensure excellent adhesion between the platinum layer and the substrate, as well as guaranteed uniformity and denseness of the platinum layer. The micro-roughening treatment of the substrate surface significantly increases the surface area of the platinized anode compared to its actual geometric area. The addition of welded conductive plates further increases the contact area, promoting better and more uniform conductivity. These measures collectively and substantially improve the conductive performance and service life of the Platinized Anodes.
Ruthenium-Iridium and Iridium-Tantalum Anodes are manufactured by coating a specially treated titanium substrate with precious metal-based compounds, followed by high-temperature oxidation. The coating can be applied fully or partially. These products feature a uniform coating, strong adhesion, long service life, and high current efficiency. Primary applications include: water treatment, non-ferrous metal extraction in chloride systems, seawater electrolysis, chlorate industry, sodium hypochlorite production, organic synthesis, metal foil manufacturing, steel sheet galvanizing, tinplating, and cathodic protection.
As another star product of Litian Century, the Iridium Series Anodes play a key role in various industrial sectors due to their exceptional catalytic activity and strong corrosion resistance. Their typical applications cover: water treatment (e.g., electrolytic disinfection, wastewater treatment), non-ferrous metal extraction in chloride systems, seawater electrolysis and the chlorate industry, sodium hypochlorite production, organic electrosynthesis, metal foil production, steel sheet galvanizing and tinplating, and electrochemical cathodic protection systems. This series of anodes effectively reduces the chlorine and oxygen evolution overpotential, enhances production efficiency and product quality, delivering significant economic benefits to customers.
Our company utilizes steel mold casting and high-frequency furnace melting, ensuring excellent surface smoothness, uniformity, and denseness of the anodes. The use of special corrugated steel molds for producing Lead Alloy Anodes increases the surface area by approximately 45%. This enlargement helps reduce tank voltage, increase cathode current density, decrease the current density borne by the anode itself, reduce anode consumption, and ultimately extend the anode's service life.
Litian Century looks forward to discussing innovation and the future in the field of electrochemistry with you at Booth D67, Hall E1, Shanghai New International Expo Centre, from November 25th to 27th, 2025.
